Re/Framing the View: Nineteenth-Century American Landscapes, on view now at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, is an exquisite opportunity to view over 130 objects from six regional private collections, the Museum’s collection, and six institutional loans.
Naomi Slipp, Chief Curator at the New Bedford Whaling Museum, will share the threads that run through and weave this exhibit together. We’ll also enjoy Doug Crocker’s perspective, as a passionate collector of nineteenth-century American landscape paintings, who lent to the exhibit from their personal collection.
